This basement apartment in the heart of Mayfair is the perfect base for a couple exploring central London. We love the antique bookcase in the living room, and the conservatory soaks the kitchen and dining area in plenty of sunlight – on those non-cloudy London days, anyway. Having two separate bathrooms – both with showers and one with a bathtub – makes morning routines fuss-free, letting you get out into the city all the sooner. The private patio is the icing on the cake. Feeling peckish? A plethora of restaurants is practically on your doorstep, with Hyde Park and Bond Street both a short stroll away.
