This villa is a practical base in Protaras, one of Cyprus' most exciting resort towns. The area is perfect for exploring, whether you want to enjoy the sandy beaches, snorkel in the coastal caves, or enjoy a night out on the town. What's more, a private swimming pool, a sunny terrace, and a balcony await you back home – although neighbouring villas overlook the outside spaces, so they're not the most secluded. Despite the basic design, the home has everything you need for a stress-free stay. In fact, all of the bedrooms have sea views – ideal for soaking in the scenery first thing in the morning.

This villa is in close proximity to neighbours, and the terrace and garden are overlooked by other homes. You will likely hear and see them during your stay, so if you'd prefer total privacy, this may not be the right fit.
This home was purpose-built for rentals, so it's not the most soulful or charming space. We added it to our collection for the fantastic location in Protaras.
