The location of this villa is unbeatable. Restaurants, shops, and Puerto del Carmen's kilometre-long beach are less than a ten-minute walk away, so exploring on foot is a piece of cake. On the days you want to take it easy, swap a dip in the Atlantic for a swim in the private pool. There's also a sunny roof terrace, where you can perch with a glass of wine and admire distant ocean views. The fuss-free interiors won't be winning any awards for style, but they're comfortable nonetheless. We think it's a convenient option for families wanting to be close to the action.

Home truths
There are two bedrooms and one bathroom on the ground floor. The roof terrace requires steps.
While air conditioning is available in the three bedrooms, it's unavailable in the living area.
Your host can provide a complimentary cot and high chair – this must be requested at the time of booking, and you'll need to bring your own cot linen.
Complimentary pool towels are included with your stay. Pool heating is also included – please with speak your host to arrange.
Although a car isn't necessary to explore the local area, we suggest hiring one for adventures further afield. There's off-road parking here.
