This apartment is located in a sunny residential complex just 450 meters from Platja de l'Arenal. With both the beach and Marina Nou Fontana a short stroll away, you won't need to travel far to get a taste of Costa Blanca's laid-back atmosphere. Back home, you'll have access to shared on-site amenities like communal swimming pools, a padel court and an indoor sauna. We're also big fans of the private balcony – despite its dated appearance, it's still an excellent spot to enjoy a glass of sangria in the setting sun. A third guest could comfortably sleep on the sofa bed, but we think this pad is best for two.

While the apartment can sleep up to four people, the maximum occupancy is three guests.
You'll have access to the on-site swimming pool, padel court, and indoor sauna. They're shared with the complex's other residents.
The decor here might not be to everyone's taste. It feels a little dated in parts.
Groups under the age of 25 are not allowed at this home.
A car isn't necessary if you plan to stay local, but we suggest hiring one for adventures further afield. Parking in the building's garage is included.
