There are steep steps leading up to the front door here. Due to this and the surrounding area, this home isn't suitable for small children or those with reduced mobility.
The swimming pool isn't fenced and there's no handrail on the steps leading into the pool. If you're bringing older children, they'll need to be supervised at all times.
Well-behaved pets are welcome to join you during your stay upon request and with prior approval from the owner.
There's no air conditioning available here. It could get a little hot during the summer.
