This dreamy Malibu gem is a work of the renowned architect Pierre Koenig – and you’ll notice his masterful touches at every step. Situated right on the beachfront and surrounded by lush greenery, it would be hard to beat this home’s location. You’ll enjoy direct access to Broad Beach via an electric drawbridge, while the home’s generous outdoor areas include a swimming pool and Jacuzzi, as well as a range of private and shared balconies with unparalleled views. The inside is no less impressive, with huge glass walls and beautiful design – there’s even a private cinema room here. Do bear in mind that the home is not suitable for small children and may be challenging for guests with reduced mobility due to the many stairs.
