Nestled in the picturesque Maremma countryside, this home boasts a huge garden with an infinity pool and hot tub, with glimpses of the Tuscan Archipelago visible from the barbecue area. Spread across several levels with lots of stairs throughout, guests with limited mobility will be better off staying elsewhere. One of the bedrooms is in the home's dependence, offering a little extra privacy. We think this is ideal for a couple or small family travelling with a larger group. You'll need a car for getting to Montioni Nature Park or the town of Suvereto, but there's more than enough parking space to go around.

This home is spread over multiple levels and half-levels, and is spread over a main house and a dependence. It may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility due to the number of stairs throughout.

The hot tub can fit five people, and is available from 10am to 1pm and from 4pm to 8pm. The pool is available all year round from 8am to 8pm, and is unfenced so children should always be supervised.
