This pad in Sants is a quieter spot to enjoy Barcelona, though it's within easy walking distance of Sants Estació station and Plaça de Sants metro. It’s a minimal but practical space with a sofa for sinking into with your holiday read, a balcony for sipping your morning coffee and a private rooftop terrace for sun-soaking and alfresco dining. The terrace is located a level above the apartment, with separate access, so you’ll need to climb some stairs – but it's worth it for the rooftop views. When you’re ready to explore, grab a bocadillo and stroll around the nearby Parc de l'Espanya Industrial or Parc Joan Miró before hopping on the metro to adventure further afield.

Parking in Barcelona can be tricky, so we recommend sticking to easily accessible public transport where possible. Barcelona's main train station Sants Estació and Plaça de Sants metro station are a short walk away.
Given the home's central spot, expect to hear some street noise throughout your stay.
Your host asks that you respect the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum between 10pm and 9am. Bookings from groups of young people (under 25 years old) and parties aren't allowed here.
