Home truths

Parking in Barcelona can be tricky, so we recommend sticking to the easily accessible public transport where possible.

Given the home's central spot, expect to hear some street noise throughout your stay.

If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot for free. You'll need to request it in advance.

The bedroom curtains here don't fully block out the sunlight. If you're hoping to enjoy a lie-in, you might want to pack an eye mask.

Your host asks that you respect the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum between 10pm and 9am.

Bookings from groups of young people (under 25 years) aren't accepted here and hen and stag parties are strictly not allowed.

Restaurants and cafes spill onto the pavements, buzzing with the hum of conversation. Creatives have made Gracia their home, and with that comes independent galleries, book shops and quirky shops. It seems fitting that this is the...
