If you've ever dreamed of staying in a medieval tower – now's your chance. Though the building dates back to the 1100s, it's kept in fantastic condition – the level of which you rarely see in such old buildings. We adore the large terrace where you can admire the beauty of Florence and many of its most famous monuments – the Duomo, Palazzo Vecchio, Orsanmichele, Forte Belvedere and San Miniato al Monte can all be seen. It's the perfect place to enjoy some cantuccini dipped in vin santo at sunset – this romantic city never fails to delight. Or take in the vistas from the open-plan living room. There's a stunning marble-clad bathroom to get ready in before heading out to one of the fine dining restaurants on your doorstep (let your host make reservations). If you want to visit some of the sights you can see from this apartment – Palazzo Vecchio is a three-minute stroll, while the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore is a seven-minute walk. Other attractions include the magnificent Ponte Vecchio, which is just two minutes on foot, while Palazzo Pitti, one of Florence's largest architectural monuments, is an eight-minute saunter away. With such incredible... views and Florence on its doorstep, it's no wonder this home has glowing reviews.

Host
This home is managed by Anna Clementina
This home is managed directly by a business. A member of their staff will be your point of contact before and during your stay. Clementina’s been in the hosting game for close to thirty years now, so you’d be hard-pressed to find someone more experienced and knowledgable. Despite doing it for so long, she doesn’t manage many homes, instead keeping her collection small, and focussing solely on the quality.
This home is a Plum Guide Award winner.
