Do you have a question about this home or the local area?
Not far from the beaches, Clear Ice is a practical flat that would make a good base, even if it isn’t flawless. Honestly, we’d like to see a bit more in terms of decoration, but the white walls and natural light make it feel quite large, and having the trees directly outside the window is also nice. You also have to take the price into consideration, and you aren’t going to find somewhere better in this bracket.

About Old North
Spanning from Arzolorov Street to Park Hayarkon, the Old North is a well-kept neighbourhood full of classy sea-facing bistros serving Mediterranean delicacies as well as chic cafés and mainstream shopping streets. Its most famous street is Dizengoff Street. Even though many of the shops are high-end, the restaurants and bars are affordable, and many Tel-Avivians come here to enjoy a drink in some of the stylish cocktail bars that are dotted along the street and its offshoots.
