This Grade II listed home’s enviable location will have seaside seekers flocking to its door. Perfect for a family retreat, you’ll find five bedrooms and two living rooms spread across its four floors. There are only two bathrooms, though, so be prepared to wait to freshen up in the mornings – we think the chill-out area on the fourth floor is just the spot to pass the time. With beaches, shops and restaurants all mere minutes away, everything you need for a memorable coastal getaway is within easy reach.

Home truths
If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot and high chair for free. You'll need to request them in advance and bring your own cot linen.
There are steep stairs to the attic room. Children must be supervised at all times.
There are two parking permits for Sainsbury's, one of which is reserved. An EV charging point is nearby, approximately 30 yards from the reserved parking bay.
The fifth bedroom contains three single beds. Two beds can be joined to form a king-size bed – you'll need to request this at the time of booking.
Body boards, beach toys and folding deck chairs are provided for days at the beach.

D. Fecci and Sons is a warm and friendly restaurant that serves excellent fish and chips. The staff are amazing and funny, and they even gave us free bags of Haribo sweets as we left. It's a great place to grab a meal takeaway.
