As hillside settings go, this designer villa overlooking the coastal resort of Kalathas is hard to beat. Set over multiple levels and offering some serious design cred interiors, this home may not be the most child-friendly place, but it would perfectly suit a group of friends or families with teenagers in tow. Downstairs, there’s a private gym and table tennis for any bursts of energy, and most bedrooms have a small desk nook if you need a quiet place to work or study.
