Away from the crowds of tourists, this home stands in leafy Balham. You can easily hop onto the Northern Line and make your way into central London, while also enjoying the peace of the area. There are plenty of eateries and pubs nearby, not to mention the green spaces. This apartment is bright and welcoming, with high ceilings and huge windows – and there’s even a small desk for catching up on work. At full occupancy one guest will be on a sofa bed in the living room, which will eat into the living space quite a bit – we think the apartment is better suited to two guests.
