Home truths

• There’s free parking for up to two cars on the driveway.

• If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot, baby safety gates and high chair for free. You'll need to request them in advance.

• The swimming pool isn't fenced. Little ones will need to be supervised at all times.

• You'll have access to the resort's pool, lounge and marina. They're shared with the other residents. You'll also share private resort access to the beach.

• The pool and patio are enclosed with a fence, so they're somewhat overlooked. There's a chance you might see a neighbour or two, so it doesn't feel completely private.

• The fourth and fifth bedrooms share a Jack and Jill-style bathroom that's accessible from both rooms.

• Your host operates several homes here, so the exact view, layout and furnishings might differ slightly from the photos. However, the overall quality should remain the same.
