This home is part of a new vacation community that boasts 71 luxury homes and exclusive amenities. The home is a 7,200-square-foot palace that can accommodate up to 34 guests. Guests are greeted by a grand foyer and great room decorated with gorgeous contemporary furniture and finishes. The open-plan chef's kitchen features sleek black-and-white cabinetry, white marble countertops, and top-end appliances. The private oasis outside features a massive sparkling swimming pool, spillover spa, summer kitchen, and covered patio deck with tables and chairs perfect for alfresco gatherings. Guests can enjoy the first-class arcade room, sports simulator room, game loft, private movie theater, fitness room, and three over-the-top themed bedrooms. There are nine additional exquisite bedrooms with en suite baths on both floors. The home is situated next to construction of an Event and Conference Center, which we expect to open in April 2023. The home offers easy access to Orlando's famous attractions and dining destinations, including Disney Parks, Universal Parks, SeaWorld, world-class shopping & dining areas. Guests can also enjoy all of the luxe amenities reserved for guests of a resort: tennis courts, lazy river, fitness center, etc.
