This home is part of a luxurious vacation community that offers 71 high-end homes and exclusive amenities, including a private entrance, covered playground, and scenic views. The community is currently under construction, but guests can enjoy the fabulous community sandbox and accompanying machinery. The mansion features an airy, high-ceilinged foyer leading to a gorgeously appointed great room with plush sofas and chairs, high-end fixtures, and an oversized TV exuding clean and inviting contemporary-style design. The chef's kitchen is equipped with custom cabinetry in beautiful blue tones, stainless steel appliances, brushed brass fixtures, and oak floors. The pool area boasts a massive 15-by-40-foot pool surrounded by a fancy "Florida glass" screen for maximum privacy. Guests can enjoy pool basketball, ping-pong, or foosball while enjoying alfresco meals whipped up in the fabulous summer kitchen with built-in grill and shaded lanai seating. Other amenities include an arcade room, casino room, game loft, movie theater, fitness room, three themed bedrooms/playrooms for kids, and nine beautiful Contemporary-style decorated bedrooms with upscale furnishings and private baths. Guests also have access to the resort's tennis courts, lazy river, fitness center, covered playgrounds when completed (2023-2024), among other amenities. The villa is located near Orlando's famous attractions and dining destinations.
