The shore is located at the bottom of the backyard, with a canoe for you to embark on adventures down the river.

Home truths
At full occupancy, two guests will be sleeping on the sofa bed in the living room.
This house is not suitable for children aged under two.
Well-behaved dogs are welcome, upon prior consent from the host.
Due to the location, we recommend hiring a car. There is free parking for up to two cars on the driveway.
The river beach is at the end of the backyard and is unfenced. If you're bringing little ones, they'll need to be supervised.
You might find that the phone signal is patchy – a landline is available.
There is a canoe and two kayaks that you're welcome to use during your stay. Life jackets must be worn.
The beach configuration changes every year and while this year it's smaller, adjacent larger beaches are steps away.
