Inside, the rooms are well suited to cosy gatherings with children’s amenities available on request. You can also enjoy access to a tennis court during your stay, plus it’s just a short walk to Bosham’s picturesque seafront.

Please note this home is best suited to six adults and four children due to the rooms with bunk beds.
The second children's bedroom now features two single beds for adults instead of bunk beds.
Your host can provide a cot for free upon request. Children will also need to be supervised outside at all times.
Please let your host know two weeks in advance if you would like to use the hot tub during your stay.
Hen and stag parties are strictly not allowed at this home. Guests are also asked to observe quiet hours outside from 7pm.
The hosts have two rabbits in a large pen within the grounds – they come to feed them around 5pm every day.
