Situated on a tree-lined street in the affluent Upper East Side district of Lenox Hill. You'll find an array of designer stores along Madison Avenue, while for culture lovers, there's The Frick Collection with its European paintings and decorative art, as well as the Park Avenue Armory. On returning to this home, there are four fairly steep stairs to the apartment's entry floor, and the abode is set over three floors in total. Once you've climbed the heights, though, you're rewarded with a private outdoor balcony and roof terrace with views over the city (accessed from two of the bedrooms). There's plenty of room for entertaining, and if you're here on business, there's are desks and IT equipment too.
