Nestled in Cannes just two kilometres from the beach and with sea views peeking through the neighbouring buildings, you’ll find this third-floor apartment. It’s a comfortable space for four people, with the added bonus of a dedicated parking space in the building’s underground car park. The covered terrace is a welcome addition to this home, perfect for morning coffees or evening aperitifs as the sun rises and sets. And if the day's heat gets too much, there’s a communal pool to cool off in between April and September.

Home truths
There's a reserved parking space for one car available here in an underground garage.
You'll have access to the communal swimming pool here, open between 15th May and 30th September. It's shared with the building's other residents. If you're bringing little ones, they'll need to be supervised at all times around the pool area.
The second bedroom only has a letterbox window so may lack natural light.
There are no bedroom curtains here. If you're hoping to enjoy a lie-in, you might want to pack an eye mask.
