Do you have a question about this home or the local area?

Located on a charming square in trendy Alcantara (filled with waterfront eateries, cocktails bars and a cool crowd), this chic apartment is a minute walk away from one of the best bakeries in town, as well as the famous Copenhagen Coffee Lab's lattes. Getting out, however, might take some convincing when the living room has a full panoramic view of the 25th of April Bridge. As for the interior, it's a modern and bold look, with unusual artwork and several statement furniture pieces (animal prints galore), resulting in a stylistic tour de force. And while the apartment benefits from a sociable open-plan layout, the home has been cleverly divided up – whether you're relaxing in the calm living space with neutral tones and comfy furniture or keeping one eye on work at the sleek home office, you'll face out to the spectacular views. Better still, fling open the bi-folding doors and extend the living space to the decked terrace. Come evening, step onto the spacious balcony with a glass of something chilled as you watch how the locals go about their day below – pre-dinner drinks go down a treat up here. On cooler nights, enjoy convivial meals in the vibrant dining area, benefitting from colourful cubist artwork and traditional Lisbon antiques. Looking for a place to eat out? You'll be spoilt for choice in this ever-emerging part of town – plus you're only a twenty-minute metro from the city centre if you can peel yourself away from these swanky digs.
