This ground-floor apartment is ideal for a couple with kids, only a stroll from Shaldon's village. While the home lacks some character and doesn't have a washing machine or microwave, we love it as a fuss-free base for seaside getaways. You'll find a lot to do on your doorstep, including trips to Ness Cove Beach, spots to go swimming and rock pooling, an approach golf course, and a small zoo. Just a ferry ride away, historic Teignmouth awaits.
