Just 700 metres from the sea of Capalbio, this gorgeous villa has spacious gardens and a 25-metre-long heated pool. Made up of a main house and two separate annexes, there's plenty of space for multiple families or large friend groups looking for a nature-filled coastal escape. A private country road leads to the beach, and with the provided golf cart you can reach the sea in minutes. We do recommend having a car here – some of Tuscany's most beautiful spots are a few kilometres away, including Lake Burano, the Tarot Garden, and the village of Capalbio.

Home truths
Not all rooms are photographed here, but we expect consistency in style and quality throughout this home.
Due to this home's location, we recommend hiring a car here to make the most of your stay.
This home is made up of a main building and two separate annexes.
The bedrooms in the main house are all on the first and second floors, so climbing steps will be required here. The annexe bedrooms may be on the ground floor, though.
The sleeping areas are air-conditioned, but the rest of the home may not be, so it may be a little warm.
The traditional decor here might not be to everyone's taste. It feels a little dated in parts.
This home is on a single level with three steps up to the terrace.
