Sitting between Leith Links and Holyrood Park, this practical apartment is a smart choice for those looking for a fuss-free stay in Edinburgh. Close to supermarkets and restaurants, and within walking distance of some of the city’s main sights, it may not be the most handsome pad in our collection, but location-wise it’s a beaut. Desks in both bedrooms make it ideal for those looking to work remotely, and the generously-sized kitchen makes self-catering a cinch when you’re not sampling the Scottish capital’s dining scene.

Being on the ground floor, there's not an abundance of natural light here.
The decor here is a little generic and appears dated in some areas. Those looking for a more modern, luxurious stay may wish to look elsewhere.
A car isn't strictly necessary here. You'll find supermarkets and points of interest within walking distance. There's also a bus stop right outside – the no.16 takes you to Princess Street.
