This beautiful 1BR apartment in Belfast is located in an incredible area, with Queens Uni just a 9-minute walk away and City Hall a 15-minute walk in the other direction. The apartment benefits from its close proximity to many restaurants and bars, yet is tucked away so noise will not be an issue. The apartment has been completely refurbished with brand new plush and very comfortable furnishings, including a living room with a comfy sofa and TV, fully equipped corner kitchen, bathroom suite with a long hot shower, and a soft king bed with crisp white sheets. Entry is via lockbox for convenience, free parking is available on location, and there is a washing machine for guest use. Smoking is strictly forbidden and no extra guests or parties are allowed without prior permission.
