This modern apartment is a good fit for those visiting Exeter. Situated in a quiet residential street, the pad is nonetheless just a short walk away from the High Street and the city centre. You’ll have a private courtyard here, with a wooden table, perfect for enjoying a relaxing glass of wine or a morning cup of coffee. Bear in mind that at full occupancy the place is a bit of a squeeze – if you do need to use the sofa bed in the living room, you’ll need to bring your own bedding.
