This one-bedroom apartment lives in a newly-built residential building only 100 meters away from the stretching sandy shores of Kavros. From the generous balcony, where you'll find sun loungers, patio umbrellas and a dining table to be everything you need for sunny days, you might just smell the sea, even if the view is somewhat obscured by buildings. But while the horizon isn't the most inspiring, the apartment is modern and bright. With six, things might feel cramped in the living space, but that's what the balcony is for.
