Set on the outskirts of Kanfanar village, this traditional stone villa is full of rustic charm. With a heated pool and a hot tub in the garden, it's perfect for relaxation and taking in the views of the Istrian hilltops. Inside, it's a little dated in places, but it all adds to the character. One of the bedrooms has its own separate entrance, ideal for guests wanting some privacy. Plus, restaurants and supermarkets are only a short walk away, while the coastal towns of Rovinj and Porec are less than half an hour's drive.

The second bedroom is on the mezzanine level and semi-open to the space below, so privacy is limited. There are two sleeping areas separated by a screened wall – one with a super king bed and the other with two singles.
The swimming pool can be heated on request. It isn't fenced, so if you're bringing little ones, they'll need to be supervised at all times.
