This stunning villa is perfect for families and vacationers seeking tranquility. The modern two-story building is situated on a 4,500 m² (fenced) area, surrounded by lush lawns and terraces. The outdoor space features a covered terrace with a BBQ area and an outdoor kitchen that seats up to 10 people, as well as a lounge area with a great view. The saltwater pool is 54 m² and heatable if required, and the pool house has a wine bar with an excellent selection, Jacuzzi, and sauna. Children can play in the garden playground or enjoy some table tennis. The living room, dining room, and kitchen areas with floor-to-ceiling windows merge together seamlessly. The living area has an anthracite-colored seating set facing an LCD TV. There are five bedrooms, each equipped with heating, TV, and safe. Four of the five bedrooms have en suite bathrooms. The villa is located in Svetvinčenat which offers untouched nature, beautiful beaches, and cultural and historical monuments to explore.
