This modern luxury villa is perfect for groups of up to eight adults and two children. Located near the sea, it offers a large heated pool with a counter-current system and a Jacuzzi for ultimate relaxation. The villa has open and covered areas for lounging, as well as a brick barbecue for outdoor cooking. A beautiful roof terrace provides stunning sea views. The interior is air-conditioned and features an open-plan living/dining and kitchen area that is harmonious and structured. Large windows provide a spacious feel, while sophisticated lighting and sparing decoration add to the aesthetic ambiance. One bedroom with en suite bathroom and garden access is located on the first floor, along with a practical guest toilet. Three further bedrooms, each with bathroom en suite and balcony access, are located on the upper floor. All bedrooms and bathrooms have stylish decor and high-quality equipment.
