This exclusive industrial-style villa is a perfect vacation spot for up to ten people. The 1,130 m² fenced property boasts a 12-metre-long pool with saltwater and a great hammock in the greenery. Guests can enjoy meals at the large dining table on the elevated terrace with a great view over the pool and garden, or have convivial barbecue evenings using the brick charcoal grill. Two bicycles are also available for guests who like to explore the area by bike. The house is spread over three living levels, featuring a playroom for young and old in the basement, a spacious living and dining area with a pellet stove, a fully equipped kitchen, and a guest toilet on the first floor, and four air-conditioned double bedrooms with TV and en suite bathroom (one with bathtub, three with shower) on the upper floor. One of the bedrooms offers access to the balcony. The home is an absolute stroke of luck for all those who seek modern living design, comfort, and tranquillity on their vacation.
