This is a modern, family-friendly villa located in the charming village of Premantura, just 400 metres from the nearest beach. With six discreetly furnished bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms, this spacious 400 square metre home is perfect for families or groups of friends. The villa features a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room with fireplace and LCD TV via satellite, DVD player, stereo system and WLAN internet. A sauna with bath is also available for wellness enthusiasts. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and have LCD TVs. The pedestrian area offers shopping opportunities and restaurants, while the beautiful nature park "Kamenjak" is only 250 metres away. Pula, Istria's largest city, is just 12 km away and Rovinj or Porec are easy day trip options due to the good motorway connection.
