This is an architecturally exclusive vacation home located on an impressive, over 8,000 m² large, gently sloping and completely fenced area in southwestern orientation. The property features a 14.5 m long infinity saltwater pool that can be heated on request, a whirlpool and comfortable loungers to relax and enjoy the beautiful panoramic view of the sea and the landscape. The property also has an outdoor kitchen with lava stone and charcoal grill, dining table, chill-out zone, SONOS HIFI system, table tennis table, soccer goals, swing and a charging station for electric cars. The design villa offers four elegant bedrooms with double beds, noble en suite shower room, balcony access and open panoramic views of the sea. Additional sleeping accommodations for two guests are available via single beds in each of the double bedrooms. The villa has chic open-plan living areas with an open fireplace near the sofa providing additional warmth and cosiness when needed. There is also an entertainment room with pool table and dartboard, fitness area, small wellness area with sauna and shower and a garage with space for up to six cars.
