This modern architectural gem has wonderful views of the Adriatic Sea from its pool terrace and balconies. Imagine the sunsets here, and you can enjoy the vistas from inside this home as well. Perfect for families or friends, there are two living areas (one on a mezzanine) and plenty of space to relax. Another highlight is the location – there’s a pebbly beach just 100 metres away, and the beautiful town of Primošten is 2 kilometres from this villa. Or have a drive over to Šibenik, where you’ll find St. Michael’s Fortress, which has an open-air theatre and the 15th-century Cathedral of St. James.
