This home is a stunning 2-story Istrian villa that has been modernly constructed with natural stone and smoothly plastered walls. The villa is tastefully and comfortably equipped and offers an excellent price/quality ratio. This chic villa accommodates up to six travelers in three spacious bedrooms, each with an en-suite modern white shower bathroom, luxurious equipment, LCD TV, air conditioning, heating, and beautiful bedside lamps. The common areas located on the first floor comprise an open living room and dining area in the kitchen that opens to the outdoor area. The villa also features a fully equipped cream-colored kitchenette, a separate laundry room with a washing machine, and a large balcony with a view of the garden and pool area. The outdoor area includes an oval dining table for al fresco dining, BBQ area, natural stone terrace, comfortable wooden loungers, large parasol, and a pool with depths between 1.20 to 1.40.
