This stunning villa is the perfect vacation home for those seeking a modern yet typical Croatian house with a pool. Located in a quiet area, but just a short distance from the sea, beaches, shopping and restaurants, this property is ideal for relaxation and exploration. The outdoor space is fenced and boasts ample terrace space as well as a small lawn area. The 32 m² saltwater pool can be heated if required, and there are comfortable loungers to relax on, an outdoor shower to refresh yourself and a walled charcoal grill for cooking hearty meals. Inside, the villa features an open living/dining room, fully-equipped White Style kitchen, guest toilet and four air-conditioned bedrooms each with an en suite bathroom. One of the bedrooms also has access to a balcony. With its successful combination of modern country house design and carefully coordinated colors and fabrics, this villa offers luxury interior design comfort. Guests can also enjoy the infrared sauna for moments of pleasure on cooler days.
