This is a luxurious Istrian estate that seamlessly blends tradition with modernity. The manor house was built in 1921 and renovated in 2011 to create a fabulous vacation home on an insanely beautiful estate that offers every luxury and comfort. The communal living areas are open and cosy with a high standard of furnishings and an open fireplace. The entire interior is decorated in beautiful earthy colors with natural materials like stone, wood, and artifacts from local artists. There is a large eat-in kitchen with a huge dining area and top-equipped appliances. The villa has four bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, TV, safe, air conditioning, underfloor heating, and balcony or terrace access. The outdoor area has a great shaped pool, private tennis court, small 7-hole practice golf course, covered terrace with outdoor fireplace/grill, and organic kitchen garden. The friendly owner lives next door and will be happy to give you advice and tips for excursions in the area or a fresh fruit plate of the fruits grown here. Labin is less than 1 km away while Rabac offers a wide range of gastronomy, sports, and entertainment.
