Perched above a pebbled beach in Saint-Mandrier-sur-Mer, this villa is the epitome of waterfront. The views are unforgettable, stretching across the Bay of Sablettes towards Cap Sicié. Our favourite spot for sea gazing is the terrace, followed by the private pool and hot tub. Inside, bay windows also showcase the scenery. There are three good-sized bedrooms, plus a fourth that's on the smaller side with independent access. The home has been in the same family for generations – if that's not proof that this is an ideal option for families, what is?

While one bedroom and three bathrooms aren’t photographed, expect the style and quality to be consistent with the rest of the home.
The fourth bedroom has independent access. It's pretty snug, with the bed squeezed between the walls – you'll have to climb into the bed from the bottom. It also doesn't have a lot of storage space.
We suggest hiring a car if you're keen to explore further afield. Parking is available.
