Just a short stroll from the beach, this functional home is an ideal base for those looking to be within reach of central Dubai but don't want to be in the hustle and bustle. The interior offers plenty of light, and while not the most stunning in our Dubai collection, it's a pleasant spot to relax between trips to the shared gym and pool. We were also fans of the terrace, which let you take in the sunset. When it's time to head out, you'll find the Mall of the Emirates and the Dubai Marina close by here.
