Conveniently located between Hampstead Heath Overground and Hampstead Underground stations, this stylish apartment is in the heart of one of London’s most desirable neighbourhoods. You’ll be able to take leisurely strolls to Hampstead Village, Belsize Park, and, of course, the spectacular Hampstead Heath. And if you're looking for a green space closer to home, you need only step out into the private garden. The inside is warm and welcoming, and while space is somewhat limited, there’s certainly enough room for a small family or an intimate group of friends looking to explore the capital from a peaceful base.

Home truths
This home is situated on the ground floor, however, there are some stairs to climb in the garden.
While the second bedroom isn’t photographed, expect the style and quality to be consistent with the rest of the home.
The home may feel smaller than the pictures depict.
While babies are welcome, this home is not suitable for children under 12. Your host may be able to provide a baby cot upon request.
Parking in London can be tricky so we recommend skipping the car here and exploring the city on foot or by public transport instead.

About Hampstead
Hampstead is pretty irresistable. It's not right in the centre of London but it's a real oasis to come back to at the end of a day of hectic sightseeing and there's plenty to explore here in its own right. Your neighbours will be a mix of affluent intellectual types: London's top psychiatrists, book publishers, writers etc. They are attracted by Hampstead's village atmosphere, vast array of characterful period houses, independent shops and restaurants and, last but by no means least, the delights of the vast green expanses of Hampstead Heath, with its much-loved wild swimming ponds.
