Located in the quaint historic town of Evandale, this two-bedroom home offers a contemporary and modern sanctuary for your holiday escape. The bright open plan living space is filled with natural light, creating an effortlessly beautiful atmosphere. The highlight of the home is the large open wood fireplace in the lounge, perfect for cozy evenings. The property features two bathrooms, one with a shower, bath, toilet, and basin, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower, toilet, and basin. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, stove, dishwasher, and coffee Moka pot. Other amenities include free wifi, TV, washing machine, ironing facilities, and reverse cycle air conditioning/heating in the living area. Outside, guests can enjoy unlimited street parking or use the four off-street parking spaces. There is also a gas BBQ and outdoor lounge area with seating for four. The location is just a 5-minute walk to the town center and close to attractions such as antique shops, bakeries, and the famous Evandale Sunday market. Please note that pets are allowed on request only and there is a vetting process required.
