This stunning 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment offers breathtaking 180-degree sea views over the Bass Strait, just 10 meters from Penguin beach. With approximately 300 sqm of living space, this private retreat features a spacious open plan living area adorned with beautiful artworks and furnishings for a truly unique stay. The alfresco room boasts a cozy 2-meter electric fireplace, perfect for chilly evenings, while underfloor heating throughout ensures maximum comfort. Step out onto the large deck with BBQ and soak in the picturesque views of Penguin beach. The fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities provide all the amenities you need for a convenient stay. Free off-street parking is also available. The sleeping arrangements consist of a master bedroom with a king bed and ensuite bathroom, as well as two additional bedrooms furnished with queen beds. The property can accommodate up to 6 guests. Please note that access to the apartment is via 2 flights of stairs and it is a non-smoking property. Pets are not allowed. Additionally, the property is priced based on 2 people staying, with an extra charge of $50 per person for additional guests.
