This lovely two-bedroom apartment is located in the leafy suburb of Woollahra, in a charming block of only four units. Situated just minutes away from Cooper Park, it's perfect for those who enjoy morning exercise routines. For coffee lovers, the nearby Queen Street village offers a selection of cafes, boutiques, and delis. Shoppers will appreciate the proximity to Oxford Street's renowned boutiques, as well as Westfield Bondi Junction and its train station. The apartment is also just a quick drive or bus trip to Bondi Beach and nearby sports stadiums. Inside, the apartment offers a study nook and all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay, including a microwave, oven, bath, heating, and free wifi. The bedding configuration includes one queen bed in the first bedroom and two single beds in the second bedroom, accommodating up to four guests. Please note that there are stairs leading up to the front door and street parking only. The laundry facilities are located outside. Please be aware that this property does not allow parties or gatherings and is not suitable for groups under 25 years old.
