Elizabeth's Grace is a purpose-built home, but what you sacrifice in personal touches you gain in high-quality amenities. Make the most of the services the building has to offer by heading down to the residents' only gym or ordering pastries to your door from the bakery. Without a doubt, what truly won us over about this home was the location. Just a stone's throw from Regent's Park and on the edge of Marylebone and Fitzrovia, this is an incredible location from which to experience quintessential London.

Wedged between Bloomsbury, Soho, Covent Garden and Marylebone, Fitzrovia is a haven for foodies, art lovers and shoppers alike. You'll be rubbing shoulders with stylish local architects, gallerists and other artsy animals every evening from 6pm onwards, either sipping a cocktail in a glamorous bar or having a pint in one of the many historic and characterful local pubs.
