Snug but stylish, this apartment in Los Boliches is a great starting point for exploring the Costa del Sol. The long, sandy beach is a 450-metre stroll, so you won't have to travel far to get your sea fix. Another nice bonus is the small balcony, offering mountain views to enjoy alongside a glass of local wine. While we think the design lacks some interesting features, both bedrooms are comfortable and have enough space for small families. As it's in an apartment complex, it's likely you'll hear and see your neighbours – you may want to bring earplugs if you sleep lightly.

Home truths

There’s a grocery store 290m from the apartment if you need to stock up on supplies. Although there's also a beach and train station within walking distance, we recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay.

This home is in an apartment building. Expect to bump into other residents and hear your neighbours .

This apartment was purpose-built for rentals, so it's not the most soulful or charming space.

If you're travelling for work, you won't find a dedicated desk here. However, the dining table doubles up as a laptop-friendly workspace.
