Do you have a question about this home or the local area?
This duplex apartment in the Lower East Side of Manhattan is a cosy spot for families, groups of friends or those travelling for work. Typical of New York, space is at a premium and the living room and kitchen feel a little cramped in the hallway space, but the bedrooms are big and bright. Plus, there’s the bonus of an outside space, furnished with comfy seats. It’s not the most attractive spot, but outside space is a rarity in this central part of town. Right on your doorstep you’ve got all the trendy eateries, performance spaces and independent shops of the Lower East Side.
