Perched on the edge of the south Cretan Sea, this villa is the perfect place to watch boats glide past and admire the island's sensational sunsets. The design is contemporary to its core – we're talking sleek en-suite bedrooms (two with soaker tubs), a waterfront swimming pool, and multiple terraces granting you access to those all-important views. And, with Plakias Beach just 50 metres away, you can nip down to the seaside in no time – although we still recommend hiring a car if you plan to explore further afield.

Home truths
The single beds in both rooms can be combined to create a king bed on request.
If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a free cot and high chair on request.
The pool is only available to use from 1st April to 15th November. It's unfenced, so children must be supervised at all times.
There's a bedroom and two bathrooms on the ground floor.
While you won't need a car in Plakias, we suggest one if you plan to explore the rest of the island. There's parking space for up to three cars here.
You'll receive a welcome basket on arrival. Pool towels are included. Cleaning and linen and towel changes are provided every three days. Gardening and pool maintenance will be around twice a week, depending on the weather.
