This is a beautiful modern villa located on the south-western shore of Lake Garda, offering stunning lake views and a private swimming pool. The villa is situated in Soiano del Lago, which is only three kilometres from local shops and restaurants. The villa consists of one level with a bright and modern living room with a double sofa bed, dining area, and well-equipped kitchen. The sleeping area includes one double bedroom, one quadruple bedroom with two bunk beds suitable for four children, and one bathroom. Outside the villa, there is a large well-maintained garden with a swimming pool open from April to October, along with a shady terrace and wood barbecue. The villa includes air conditioning in the living room and entrance to the bedrooms, heating, fireplace, mosquito nets, internet Wi-Fi, satellite TV, kitchen appliances, washing machine, iron, alarm system, video surveillance camera, pets allowed (on request), and more. This home provides easy access to nearby attractions such as Gardaland and Caneva Aquapark making it an ideal holiday destination for families with children.
