Nestled on a hilltop, just a short drive from Bologna, this villa is part of a luxury resort – so you can enjoy peace and privacy along with the perks of resort life. Inside, it’s elegant and modern, with hints of heritage character, like timber beams and original stonework. Our favourite feature has to be the pool – big enough to swim leisurely laps, with a hot tub area for soothing aching muscles after a day spent sightseeing. When you’re not out and about exploring, you can sample the resort’s many amenities, including a spa, three restaurants, and no less than seven outdoor swimming pools. Afterwards, you can retreat to your very own villa – a sanctuary that’s just for you.

This villa is part of a larger resort and is located 1.9km from the main resort facilities, which include a spa, seven outdoor swimming pools, three restaurants, a gym, sports courts, a putting green, and a driving range. Wine and oil tastings are also available.
The accommodation is set over two floors, with a lift for access.
A daily cleaning service is included.
The swimming pool is fenced, however the infinity area of the pool is unfenced, so take care if you're travelling with little ones.
The swimming pool is only available for use between May and October.
While one of the bathrooms isn’t photographed, expect the style and quality to be consistent with the rest of the home.
